The right size helps your nipple covers stay comfortable, secure, and invisible under clothing. Use your usual bra size to find the recommended Cover Nips size below.
If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for more coverage.
How to Find Your Bra Size
Already know your everyday bra size, such as 32B, 34C, or 36D? You can go directly to the size chart below.
Not sure of your bra size? Follow these simple steps:
1. Measure Your Band Size
Wrap a soft measuring tape snugly around your ribcage, directly underneath your bust.
Keep the tape level and comfortable—not too tight.
2. Measure Your Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust while keeping the measuring tape level.
3. Determine Your Cup Size
Your cup size is based on the difference between your bust measurement and band measurement. If you already have a well-fitting bra, you can simply use the size printed on its label.
Tip: Bra sizing can vary between brands and styles, so use the bra size you wear most comfortably as your starting point.

Your recommended size may also depend on the shape and coverage of the specific nipple cover style you choose.
Choosing the Right Nipple Cover Size
Small
A good starting point for smaller cup sizes when you want comfortable coverage with a discreet appearance.
Medium
A versatile choice for many everyday bra sizes and a good option when you want balanced coverage without excessive coverage.
Large
Designed for larger cup sizes or anyone who prefers more coverage. A larger nipple cover can also be helpful when wearing thinner or more fitted clothing.
What If I'm Between Sizes?
If your bra size falls between two recommended sizes, choose the larger size when you want more coverage.
A slightly larger nipple cover can provide better coverage and help prevent the edges from becoming visible under clothing.
If you prefer a smaller, more discreet coverage area, you may prefer the smaller option.
Nipple Cover Size vs. Bra Size
Your nipple cover size does not necessarily match your bra cup size.
For example, wearing a 34C bra does not mean you need a "C-size" nipple cover. Nipple covers are sized according to the product's overall diameter, shape, and intended coverage.
That's why using the Cover Nips size chart is more reliable than choosing a nipple cover based only on your cup letter.
Different Styles May Fit Differently
