Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused
Unwashed and undamaged
In original packaging
With all original tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or may be partially refunded at our discretion.

Returns or exchanges must be approved in advance. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your request is approved, our support team will provide return instructions.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

Wait for return approval and instructions from our team
Ship the item back following the provided instructions

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund processing time is typically 5–15 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled
In such cases, you may request a return after receiving the order

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
